Aloha 2012

Here we are at the beginning of 2012 - a year that has been publicized for quite some time. Some believe the hype that has been presented to them by the mainstream media ... that the world is coming to an end or other fear producing propoganda. Others, myself among them, believe that we will witness remarkable changes that will ultimately serve the whole of humanity. . . . Read More Here: Aloha 2012

Pollination of New Ideas

As we finish out 2011 and embark upon 2012, do some housecleaning. Clear your mind of thoughts and ideas that no longer fit or serve you. Allow new ideas to come to the foreground. Allow yourself to explore new possibilities. Allow for the pollination of new ideas and let the old worn out ones drop away. . . . Read More Here: Pollination of New Ideas

How Keen Is YOUR Eyesight?

When times are challenging or I'm faced with a lot of new territory to traverse, I often call upon my animal pals to give me a hand in making my journey easier.

This assistance might come in the energetic sharing of traits or characteristics possessed by a unique animal. This energetic sharing and assistance is usually the result of a direct inquiry on my part. In some aspect of my life I am wanting a boost in a certain area so I will reach out energetically to the animal that naturally possesses the trait or characteristic I am looking . . . Read More Here: How Keen Is YOUR Eyesight?

Today the Synergy with MeKila Show focussed on the topic of being in Synergy with Awareness. If you missed it, you can listen to the replay here.

One of the best things you can do for yourself in the midst of all of the rapidly changing energies currently at play is to increase your level of awareness.

Messages from our Higher Consciousness or the Source Energy part of ourselves are all around us. They come from all directions and through many different messengers. We often miss them because we are not openly conscious and aware.

We are constantly asking . . . Read More Here: Awareness

I often encourage you to be selective in the things that you allow into your awareness. I do this because as you allow things to enter your awareness, they bring into your experience the activation of the level of vibration contained within them.
This is fine if the objects of your attention are of a high vibration.
When they're of a low vibration? Not so much.

Allowing lower vibrational energy into your awareness brings along the experience of MORE of that type of energy … just the same as allowing in HIGHER vibrational energy will bring along more of . . . Read More Here: Show Me The Good Stuff

Animals

Rev. Rita MeKila Herring Universal Brotherhood Movement

The topic of animals is truly a tough one because it’s one that carries with it a heavy dichotomy. Science believes that humans are included in the animal kingdom yet many religions consider humans superior and animals “lowly.” Most are of the belief that humans are the most intelligent beings on earth but can they be so sure? We’re the only beings that put our own in cages.
Rejuvenate

Rejuvenate. Seems so easy. Seems essential. Yet, it’s also something we tend to dismiss. “I’ll get to it when I get to it,” we say.

In reality, taking time to rejuvenate is as important to our vitality as eating or breathing. Sure, we can deny it … and we can run ourselves ragged … but that’s not vitality, is it?

Did you ever notice how much easier it is to make decisions when you’re well rested? Or how solutions seem so obvious. Conversely, how easy is it to decide even the small things when you’re worn out . . . Read More Here: Rejuvenate

Create

Today let’s chat a bit about the second part of my mantra for 2008: Create.

For those of you who know me, you know that I’m a long time proponent of co-creating with God. I believe that we are creating with each and every thought we have. That our existence is formed through our ability to be conscious of what we’re thinking about. Now if you’re saying to me, “It can’t be that simple.” Then I can almost bet you’re also unaware of most of the thoughts that you have in any given day. If you truly monitored . . . Read More Here: Create

Integrate

Yesterday I shared with you my mantra for 2008: Integrate, Create and Rejuvenate … in 2008.

Today I’d like to chat a bit about the first of that trilogy of focus for this upcoming year — Integrate.

We have been searching for truth our whole lives … quite probably throughout MANY lives. Throughout our travels, we found truths here and there and tucked them into our pockets. This year, more than any other, we’re being asked to truly integrate those things we’ve deemed “our truths.” Integrating them by becoming them. With our every thought, with our every . . . Read More Here: Integrate

Integrate, Create, and Rejuvenate … in 2008

There are SO many things I want to focus on as I excitedly plan this new year. Narrowing it down is not an easy task. Still, I tend to spread myself too thin (which, in my case, is funny) and in the interest of continuing my education in being gentle with myself I’ve decided to pick three.

We’re living in such extraordinary times, aren’t we? I’m thrilled at the showings of rising consciousness beaming forth from points all around the globe! I love that people as a species are finally searching for their own truths. I feel the increasing . . . Read More Here: Integrate, Create, and Rejuvenate … in 2008
