I want to take this opportunity to thank ALL of You that have been lending your energy and good thoughts toward my friend, her brother and the rest of their family. I thank you for all of the messages you’ve sent through email, direct messages and through posting here and mostly for the extensions of love that you are sharing through keeping them in your prayers and thoughts in such a positive Light.

Although there is still no word out of Africa as to what is happening, the family is aware of your intentions, energies and prayers.

Originally they were having quite a time dealing with the news and finding it nearly impossible to function. They have expressed an awareness of your love, energy and prayers. The wife of this man had lost her faith in God many years ago and yet when she was told that people of many faiths all over the world were praying for her, she was totally amazed. Perhaps this will help her regain her connection with God, the Divine or whatever she chooses to call her Creator. The good news is that they are doing much better and can again function. The mom is doing so much better that the change was described as a miracle which they believe is a direct result of all of your prayers, good energies and thoughts. They are all very appreciative.

So, My Dear Friends, let’s please keep the good energies flowing. Let’s keep doing the things that bring us joy and elevate our moment-to-moment experiences and every once in a while take pause to send a blast of that wondrous energy to this family that still has a challenging road ahead. We’ve already seen the ease that our efforts are providing … let’s please continue our efforts.

You are so very right that we need only talk to him (or anyone) as if they are in the same room … that the spirit of LOVE will carry our words, love and intentions immediately to the intended recipient. This is something we can do with ANY of our loved ones that we find ourselves “separated” from during this Holiday Season … as they are never truly farther than a thought away. Thank you for commenting. I agree with you whole-heartedly. When something feels bad it’s a big neon sign telling us that something is not going along according to our best interest. As we pay more and more attention to these signs, we become more and more adept at trusting our inner guidance, our intuition. In the future, our exercised and well developed intuition will prove more beneficial to us than we can possibly imagine at this moment in time.

I share your belief that this book will, indeed, have a positive effect in people’s lives as it shows how the authors triumphed over adversities and challenges they met by listening to their inner guidance and finding their unique pathways. No matter how low someone may be feeling or how large the mountain ahead of them seems, the stories in this book will help them realize that they are not alone and that they have what it takes to get through finding themselves once again in a more happy and joyful set of circumstances.

As time goes on, we are all beginning to understand the importance of our emotions as a built-in guidance system, which directs us away from things that make us feel bad and toward things that leave us feeling good.

It is that much more important, then, that we have books like this one, which can serve as a tool to help us move our feelings in any given moment, up the scale from bad toward good.

After all, feeling good is way more fun than feeling bad. Life is supposed to be fun!
