Rejuvenate

Rejuvenate. Seems so easy. Seems essential. Yet, it’s also something we tend to dismiss. “I’ll get to it when I get to it,” we say.

In reality, taking time to rejuvenate is as important to our vitality as eating or breathing. Sure, we can deny it … and we can run ourselves ragged … but that’s not vitality, is it?

Today let’s chat a bit about the second part of my mantra for 2008: Create.

Integrate, Create, and Rejuvenate … in 2008

There are SO many things I want to focus on as I excitedly plan this new year. Narrowing it down is not an easy task. Still, I tend to spread myself too thin (which, in my case, is funny) and in the interest of continuing my education in being gentle with myself I’ve decided to pick three.
